It feels so great to workout!

Feel more energized, less appetite and better overall.

Routine right now is:

12:00am-12:40 Cardio/Treadmill
12:40pm-1:20pm Swimming
1:20pm-1:40pm Sauna
1:40pm-2:00pm Lunch and back to the office

It’s great having the gym just a hallway distance from the office!

Evening:

6:00pm-9:00pm Weights
