How I did it: I couldn't find my old CV. I started from scratch using the generic CV we use at the office to submit as part of project documentation.
Then I did some research, the new CV should reflect what I'm looking on a prospect employers, so I made more emphasis on my role in every main project I took part. Also put a section with all the technical background.
Lessons & tips: -Decide who's going to be the receiver, and what you as him/her would like to now first.
-Start! it only would take like 10 minutes, but if you never do, you'll never have it on your hand.
