Watching Wong Kar Wai's 2046 finally...

I´m amazed at the profusion of people taking their dogs for a stroll at Mexico city parks, unleashed, playing among themselves, try that in Panama and you'll get a policeman saying you can´t take your dog out by the clown's orders.
