Second week going daily to the gym...

1. Paid 4 months in advance.
2. Rented a locker and have everything I need there (So I don’t have an excuse for not going)
3. Go at lunch time
4. Go after work
5. Planning to go before work too.

Went from 220 to 210 and now 214. Muscular mass? not sure, but I’m growing bulkier fast.
